CSHJR 4(RLS) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for

     4(RES)                                                                                                                     
     Requesting the Federal Subsistence Board to rescind its decisions                                                          
     regarding the subsistence fishery priority given to Ninilchik,                                                             
     Happy Valley, Hope, and Cooper Landing residents.
